How to Shop for Your Wholefood and Organic Food

To shop online, click on a category from the menu to the left and you will be taken to it. If there are any sub-sections to the category, they will now be shown under the category for you to select.

When you've reached the right category, view the products in that range.
Select your product, then select any variations you require by clicking on the drop down boxes.  

Click on 'add to basket' or the 'add selection to basket' button.

You may view the items in your basket at any time using the 'my basket' link at the top of the page. When you are ready to go to payments, go to 'my basket' and choose 'Go To Payments' and follow the payment instructions. If you want to return to where you were before, click the "Continue Shopping" button

Probably the easiest way to shop is online but we are always happy to take postal or telephone orders [01267 233445]. We are open 9 till 5 Monday to Saturday.
