 Probably the easiest way
to shop is online but we are always happy to take postal
or telephone orders [01570 423523]. We have a warehouse
shop so if you live locally we would love to see you there.

ORGANIC HOME DELIVERY IS FREE in Swansea, The Gower, Carmarthenshire
and Ceredigion West Wales
and £7.50 per order for the rest of
the UK
Frozen food is despatched at your own risk in gel
packs, we will do our utmost to pack this well but cannot
guarantee that it will remain frozen. Dry Ice is available
and recommended at a cost of £6, or free if you spend
more than £40 on frozen food. Ice cream and frozen
baby food will only be despatched in dry ice. We guarantee
frozen delivery if you use dry ice.
 Delivery
is either by overnight couriers or by our own temperature
controlled van. Our aim is to deliver your order within four
working days, if there is a delay, we will contact you to
let you know. Courier delivery days are Wednesday, Thursday
or Friday. Local deliveries are normally made in our own
van, at the moment free delivery by our van is available
to Swansea, The Gower, Ceredigion and Carmarthenshire West
Wales - but only on regular delivery days - if it goes by
carrier it is chargeable. Please ring for your local delivery
day. If something is needed urgently, we can always send
something out on overnight courier if necessary.
If you add instructions to your order - eg.
leave in porch, leave next door, your organic parcel can
be left without your signature.
You will always be contacted
before delivery if your order contains perishables.
This
may be either by phone or e-mail.
Packaging
All goods will
be packed appropriately but food will be dispatched in
cardboard boxes / cartons, chilled and frozen products
are sent in recyclable cardboard outers, lined with returnable
insulation, and packed in a frozen gel. A prepaid return
envelope is enclosed for returning the box liners. Local
customers are also asked to leave out or give previous
packaging to the van driver when their new order is delivered
Please note deliveries must be placed by 11 o'clock on
Tuesday, and are delivered on either Thursday or Friday,
we will confirm by e-mail
